The Reformer can be an excellent tool to create safe and effective exercise programs for clients with osteoporosis. This workshop, created by the Merrithew team, identifies risk levels for osteoporosis and teaches programming options for each level. Take comorbidities and cardiovascular status into consideration to design and modify a program accordingly. Understand how the spring resistance can effectively assist clients and offer myriad programming options for clients with Osteoporosis at any stage.
