This workout, developed by the Merrithew team, not only targets the rotator cuff, but also increases awareness and strength of the entire upper quadrant. Discover how core musculature can be stimulated to stabilize and control with the addition of light weights.

  1. Apply STOTT PILATES Five Basic Principles to Toning Ball exercises focusing on movement essence and exercise goals.
  2. Understand how the Toning Balls add variety, challenge and resistance.
  3. Learn cues and corrections for safety and effectiveness.
