Increase challenge to strength, balance and stability by applying Intermediate Reformer exercises to the Stability Ball. With this workshop, developed by the Merrithew team, you will learn how to mimic the exercise essence including muscular emphasis, breath and movement patterns, stabilization and mobilization. Built to give clients and classes alike a complete-body workout, learn how cues and corrections can increase safety and effectiveness for everyone.
