This workshop, developed by the Merrithew team, takes your Intermediate-level Matwork routines to new heights with the Pilates Edge. Learn how to continue adding intensity and challenge by taking advantage of the foam triangle’s increasing height. Alternating positions through prone, supine, sitting and standing, discover how this innovative tool drastically expands programming options and makes you a trainer in demand.
