As a child, Erin was diagnosed with autoimmune disease and central nervous system disorder. Since the age of 10 she has sought a variety of treatments to control these conditions.
While teaching Pilates in Korea, she decided to deepen her knowledge of the biomechanically-based STOTT PILATES® method at the Toronto Corporate Training Center.
After getting her full Certification, she became an Instructor Trainer and also co-taught courses at the CTC.
Erin and her husband run PILATES THE FIT (http://pilatesthefit.com) in Seoul, South Korea.
Their studio was featured on the Merrithew blog in the post "Stunning Pilates Studios from Around the World.”
The education program they systemized specializes in providing an exclusive system of support for its students.
Erin remains an active member and supporter of the Korean Fibromyalgia Patient Society, the Korean Multiple Sclerosis Society and the Korean Organization of Rare Diseases.
Her passion for Pilates and her firsthand understanding of its benefits has helped many people both in Canada and Korea live healthier and more active lifestyles.
