The members of our esteemed team of Pilates Instructor Trainers are accomplished and internationally sought-after educators known for their comprehensive knowledge, dedication and professionalism. Each hold full certification in the STOTT PILATES® method and have achieved additional designations to complement their training.
A diverse group, they come from varied backgrounds including physical therapy, exercise science, athletic therapy, dance, and group and personal fitness training to name a few. Every member of the team strives to uphold the highest standards of training that have been developed worldwide.

Bio
Erin's interest in STOTT PILATES® was inspired by her experience of managing an autoimmune disease since childhood. Her dedication led her to achieve full certification, and she furthered her career as a Merrithew® Instructor Trainer. Additionally, she co-taught courses at Merrithew's Corporate Training Center in Toronto, Ont. Currently, Erin serves as the education director of PILATES THE FIT, located in Seoul, which is a Merrithew host site in South Korea.
Her expertise extends beyond being a movement professional, as she specializes in athlete conditioning and rehabilitative conditioning for LPGA & KLPGA players and national athletes. Through her deep passion for Pilates and her firsthand understanding of its benefits, Erin has positively impacted the lives of many individuals in both Canada and Korea. Her guidance has helped people lead healthier and more active lifestyles.
