Soon after he acquired his full STOTT PILATES certification through ONE Pilates Studio, he received the honor of becoming an Instructor Trainer for Merrithew™ specializing in STOTT PILATES Mat and Reformer, and Cadillac, Chair, Barrels. He believes that working form a strong stabilized core will facilitate fluid, efficient, and intentional movement. Sam also holds an interest in TRX Suspension Trainers noting that the simplistic design exposed imbalances in his own body.
