The STOTT PILATES® Faculty, or members of our esteemed team of Instructor Trainers, is made up of highly qualified and internationally sought-after educators who are known for their dedication, professionalism and attention to detail. All of our faculty members hold full certification in the STOTT PILATES method and have achieved additional designations to complement their training. A diverse group, they come from various backgrounds including physical therapy, exercise science, athletic therapy, dance and group and personal fitness training to name a few. Every member of the team strives to uphold the highest standards of training that have been developed worldwide.

Additional credentials and designations
After spending the early years of her career working in the insurance industry in London, a job relocation brought Roberta to Bahrain in 1999. Eventually, she left the corporate world behind to nurture her interests in biomechanics, yoga, and Pilates. Roberta has been studying, practicing and teaching Pilates since 2007, and became a Merrithew™ Instructor Trainer specializing in STOTT PILATES® in 2009. She has studied Italian and English, and holds a degree in statistics and mathematics. The proud owner of STUDIO RCT, Roberta is recognized by the Pink Ribbon Program as a post-rehabilitative Breast Cancer Exercise Specialist (BCES), is certified in Suspension Training with TRX and is a STARK BODYFLYING Master Trainer. She is also a Yoga Tune Up® Practitioner, a BOSU® Master Trainer and a Yoga Teacher Trainer with the RYA, having completed the requisite 500 hours of training. She is an active member of the Pilates Teacher Association UK, and specializes in myofascial therapies. She completed level 1 & 2 Anatomy Trains and Kinesiology through Touch for Health Level 4.
