In 2007, she became certified in STOTT PILATES®, and in 2012, she moved on to become a Lead Instructor Trainer for Merrithew specializing in STOTT PILATES Mat & Reformer. She then added Total Barre® and CORE Instructor Trainer qualifications in 2013 and 2014. Building on her love of teaching and coaching students, clients and athletes, she holds ACE certifications in personal training and health coaching, and is a running coach for USA Track & Field.
