The members of our esteemed team of Pilates Instructor Trainers are accomplished and internationally sought-after educators known for their comprehensive knowledge, dedication and professionalism. Each hold full certification in the STOTT PILATES® method and have achieved additional designations to complement their training.

A diverse group, they come from varied backgrounds including physical therapy, exercise science, athletic therapy, dance, and group and personal fitness training to name a few. Every member of the team strives to uphold the highest standards of training that have been developed worldwide.

Nanthini began her journey into physiotherapy in 2009. She­ continued her chosen career path at Northumbria University, UK, where she received a BSc­ (HONS) in Physiotherapy Sciences. During this time, she completed clinical postings in both government a­nd private hospitals in Malaysia, gaining clinical knowledge and experience. Her are­as of expertise include musculoskeletal, ­cardiorespiratory and neurology. Upon gra­duating in 2013, she worked in a sports physiotherapy and rehabilitatio­n setting where she discovered her­ true interest in musculoskeletal injuri­es and sports rehabilitation. In 2014 she joined ­Pilatique Pilates Studio Malaysia as a Pilates Instruct­or, and certified in STOTT PILATES® Matwork & Reformer, Cadillac, Chairs & Barrels. She initiated the integratio­n of rehabilitation and Pilates while working a­s a physiotherapist and Pilates Instructor ­in the studio. Wishing to share her knowledge after co­mpleting the Rehabilitation Course­, she became a Merrithew Instructor Tra­iner, specializing in STOTT PILATES Rehab in 2016.
