The STOTT PILATES® Faculty, or members of our esteemed team of Instructor Trainers, is made up of highly qualified and internationally sought-after educators who are known for their dedication, professionalism and attention to detail. All of our faculty members hold full certification in the STOTT PILATES method and have achieved additional designations to complement their training. A diverse group, they come from various backgrounds including physical therapy, exercise science, athletic therapy, dance and group and personal fitness training to name a few. Every member of the team strives to uphold the highest standards of training that have been developed worldwide.

Michele is the owner of CorSano Pilates in Ottawa, Canada, and a Merrithew Instructor Trainer specializing in STOTT PILATES®. A lifelong athlete and native Californian, Michele was introduced to Pilates in 1996 to improve her performance as a competitive runner. She has been teaching STOTT PILATES since 2005, when she left a successful international healthcare marketing career to pursue her passion for Pilates full-time. Studying under a number of exceptional Master and Lead Instructor Trainers throughout Europe, Israel, and North America, Michele earned her full STOTT PILATES certification in 2008, and was asked to join the company as an Instructor Trainer in 2009. Michele strives to remain highly trained and knowledgeable in the fields of neuroanatomy and biomechanics, in order to optimally support her work with high-level athletes, post-injury and surgery clients, and those with movement and coordination deficits. Available on a freelance basis through the Merrithew Corporate Training Centre in Toronto, Michele looks forward to each and every experience teaching and working with other movement professionals.
