The members of our esteemed team of Pilates Instructor Trainers are accomplished and internationally sought-after educators known for their comprehensive knowledge, dedication and professionalism. Each hold full certification in the STOTT PILATES® method and have achieved additional designations to complement their training.
A diverse group, they come from varied backgrounds including physical therapy, exercise science, athletic therapy, dance, and group and personal fitness training to name a few. Every member of the team strives to uphold the highest standards of training that have been developed worldwide.

Bio
Kim is a STOTT PILATES® Instructor Trainer and a Post Rehabilitation Specialist. To her young daughter, Kim helps people move better. She is honored to work with people recovering from injuries or post-operative patients and those with postural challenges such as Scoliosis. Her extensive training includes all Pilates apparatus, STOTT PILATES® Injuries and Special Populations (ISP), therapeutic Pilates, Fascial Movement Foundation Course, Anatomy Training courses, ZEN•GA®, and other movement modalities. In addition to STOTT PILATES®, Kim is a Pink Ribbon Program Certified Instructor, TRX Suspension Training and Rip Training Instructor, and a Certified Personal Trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM). Prior to her Pilates journey, she earned an MBA and BGS from the University of Michigan (U-M) and worked for advertising agencies. When not teaching clients, courses, or taking continuing education classes, Kim enjoys cycling, racing sailboats, cheering U-M football, and raising her young daughter and Labrador retriever with her husband.
