Bio

Maite was introduced to Pilates through dance in Barcelona at the Slamdancing Studio and Company & Company Dance School. In 2012, she became a STOTT PILATES® Certified Instructor in Matwork in Barcelona. She became fully certified in STOTT PILATES in 2015, and a few months later, became a Merrithew Instructor Trainer.

Her extensive experience and passion for sharing her knowledge and understanding of the STOTT PILATES method led her to train in other Merrithew-branded programs, learning other modalities and techniques such as Total Barre®. She currently teaches at Akrostudio, a Merrithew Licensed Training Center in Spain, and manages her own studio in Seville (Andalucía, Spain).
