The members of our esteemed team of Pilates Instructor Trainers are accomplished and internationally sought-after educators known for their comprehensive knowledge, dedication and professionalism. Each hold full certification in the STOTT PILATES® method and have achieved additional designations to complement their training.

A diverse group, they come from varied backgrounds including physical therapy, exercise science, athletic therapy, dance, and group and personal fitness training to name a few. Every member of the team strives to uphold the highest standards of training that have been developed worldwide.

Bio

Anne has been an Instructor Trainer for Merrithew®, specializing in STOTT PILATES® since 2007 and teaches in Chicago. She has a passion for incorporating Pilates with aquatics and is the proud creator of the Stronger Seniors® program and Peyow Aqua Pilates. Anne is an international presenter and author. She published a two-year case study on the effects of an aquatic Pilates program on persons with disabilities and chronic conditions at the Rehabilitation Institute of Chicago. In addition to educating instructors in the STOTT PILATES method, Anne is a faculty/education provider for AEA, ACE, AFAA, ATRI, and AquaStretch. She teaches at Swedish Covenant Hospitalé Galter Life Centre, Northwestern Memorial Hospital, the University of Illinois Chicago and other locations.
