Bio

Darcy is an Instructor Trainer for Merrithew, specializing in STOTT PILATES® and owner of Full Circle Studio in Vancouver, British Columbia.  Her extensive dance background lead her to Toronto, in 2001, to study the STOTT PILATES method, and in 2003 she was asked to join the company as an Instructor Trainer.  Darcy has traveled internationally for Merrithew, training instructors, conducting workshops and exams.  She has also helped create DVD’s, manuals, course support material and workshops for the organization.  In 2008, Darcy opened her own studio, Full Circle Studio, where she teaches private and small classes, as well as trains Pilates instructors.  Darcy’s fascination with the intricacies of the human body motivates her to continually attend workshops and study anatomy to deepen her understanding of what moves us.
