Brigitte began teaching STOTT PILATES® in 2004, and then became a certified Instructor Trainer for Merrithew, specializing in STOTT PILATES in 2009. Her Pilates background then lead her to massage school, where in 2008 she graduated from the Guijek Institute. She continued her education at the Kine-Concept Institute in Montreal, where she expanded on her education to include knowledge of trigger points, deep tissue, fasciatherapy, and cranio-sacral massage therapy. She has also studied Osteodynamie and graduated from this program in October, 2009. Brigitte enjoys working with a variety of clients, from children, to the elderly and athletes, but her passion lies with special populations and injuries. Brigitte’s passion for helping others is what drives her to provide her clients with careful attention, encouragement and compassion.
