The members of our esteemed team of Pilates Instructor Trainers are accomplished and internationally sought-after educators known for their comprehensive knowledge, dedication and professionalism. Each hold full certification in the STOTT PILATES® method and have achieved additional designations to complement their training.
A diverse group, they come from varied backgrounds including physical therapy, exercise science, athletic therapy, dance, and group and personal fitness training to name a few. Every member of the team strives to uphold the highest standards of training that have been developed worldwide.

Bio
Originally from the UK and now based in Sydney, Australia, Lisa has been teaching group and one-on-one exercise since 1996, is certified through the American College of Sports Medicine, and holds the APMA Diploma of Pilates Movement Therapy.
As a STOTT PILATES® Instructor Trainer for more than 20 years, Lisa has delivered courses and workshops to instructors and health professionals both in Australia and internationally. She is also an International Presenter for STOTT PILATES and has presented multiple times at the Filex National Fitness Convention in Sydney, as well as at the APMA Convention in 2018.
Lisa actively promotes Pilates and functional movement on social media. She was awarded Pilates Influencer of the Year 2023 by the Pilates Journal and is recognized among the Top 100 Instagram Pilates Influencers worldwide.
Lisa strives to ensure every course, workshop, class, and private session she delivers is engaging, educational, and effective.
