Eventually, she found that STOTT PILATES® provided an extremely clear framework for self-practicing. Besides that, it is also the most effective and safe way to help the clients. Since 2019, she has interpreted more than 50 STOTT PILATES courses. Before being a STOTT PILATES IT, she had extensive practical experience of teaching both private and group classes as an Pilates instructor in three different languages such as Mandarin, Cantonese and English.

STOTT PILATES® Cadillac, Chair & Barrels, Mat & Reformer; Halo® Training
Bio
Judy discovered Pilates through her own injury-recovery journey, which shaped her mission to help others achieve sustainable wellness by addressing root causes rather than symptoms. With her STOTT PILATES® certifications, she focuses on teaching students to understand their bodies, recognize movement patterns, and activate the right muscles to build functional, long-term stability.
Her belief that every body carries its own story led her to co-found Triangle Pilates Studios in Taiwan—a professional space dedicated to thoughtful, client-centered practice. This philosophy also guides her work as a mentor. Judy emphasizes the “why” behind each movement, teaching aspiring instructors how to observe, adapt, and present the method with clarity and intention.
Judy is committed to integrating Pilates principles into daily life and promoting mindful movement across Taiwan and Asia, fostering a community where clients and instructors grow stronger, more aware, and deeply connected to their bodies.
