The members of our esteemed team of Pilates Instructor Trainers are accomplished and internationally sought-after educators known for their comprehensive knowledge, dedication and professionalism. Each hold full certification in the STOTT PILATES® method and have achieved additional designations to complement their training.
A diverse group, they come from varied backgrounds including physical therapy, exercise science, athletic therapy, dance, and group and personal fitness training to name a few. Every member of the team strives to uphold the highest standards of training that have been developed worldwide.

Bio
Zhang Xi's passion for sports, exercise and movement led him to pursue a Bachelor’s of Education in Sports Training with a focus on the analytical method and technology of special exercises.
After graduating, he devoted himself to finding a more scientific and effective method of movement. He soon discovered STOTT PILATES® and was impressed by its well-rounded, incredibly detailed and thorough curriculum. Studying the method helped him develop a new way of thinking about exercise and movement. He became a STOTT PILATES Certified Instructor in 2017.
Zhang became a Merrithew® Instructor Trainer in 2021 specializing in STOTT PILATES Matwork and Reformer.
He looks forward to sharing his knowledge, passion and experience with other people who wish to develop a career in mindful movement.

Yue Xinxin's (Anna) love for movement began at six years old as a folk dancer—a passion she pursued for 12 years. However, a knee injury in 2017 put her dancing career on hold and affected her daily life. On a friend’s recommendation, she tried Pilates, which played a crucial role in her recovery, helping her regain confidence and achieve a greater sense of balance, both mentally and physically.
Motivated by her own healing experience, Anna co-founded PU Pilates at a Merrithew® guest center in China. Through her extensive experience in teaching and management, she developed a deep respect for how a structured training system empowers instructors to reach their full potential. This realization led her to become a Merrithew training mentor, where she now dedicates herself to sharing high-quality training methods and concepts with those seeking guidance. people in need.

Chen Xu’s journey from serious crime detective to Pilates Instructor is one of resilience and discovery. Years of intense training in arrest techniques, combat and firearms took a toll on his body, leaving him with multiple injuries. In his search for relief, he found Pilates—and through dedicated practice, his physical ailments gradually eased.
This sparked a deep fascination with movement science, leading him to earn full STOTT PILATES® certification in 2023 and later become a Merrithew® Instructor Trainer. His background in criminal investigation sharpened his observational skills and logical reasoning, qualities that now shape his approach to teaching Pilates.

Bio
Xuanzi Lin, a graduate of the English major from Ocean University, began practicing yoga in 2013 and found that regular exercises could have positive effects and help to recover postpartum depression. She subsequently explored various exercises, such as Yoga, Fitness, and Pilates.
Eventually, she found that STOTT PILATES® provided an extremely clear framework for self-practicing. Besides that, it is also the most effective and safe way to help the clients. Since 2019, she has interpreted more than 50 STOTT PILATES courses. Before being a STOTT PILATES IT, she had extensive practical experience of teaching both private and group classes as an Pilates instructor in three different languages such as Mandarin, Cantonese and English.

Judy discovered Pilates through her own injury-recovery journey, which shaped her mission to help others achieve sustainable wellness by addressing root causes rather than symptoms. With her STOTT PILATES® certifications, she focuses on teaching students to understand their bodies, recognize movement patterns, and activate the right muscles to build functional, long-term stability.
Her belief that every body carries its own story led her to co-found Triangle Pilates Studios in Taiwan—a professional space dedicated to thoughtful, client-centered practice. This philosophy also guides her work as a mentor. Judy emphasizes the “why” behind each movement, teaching aspiring instructors how to observe, adapt, and present the method with clarity and intention.
Judy is committed to integrating Pilates principles into daily life and promoting mindful movement across Taiwan and Asia, fostering a community where clients and instructors grow stronger, more aware, and deeply connected to their bodies.
