The members of our esteemed team of Pilates Instructor Trainers are accomplished and internationally sought-after educators known for their comprehensive knowledge, dedication and professionalism. Each hold full certification in the STOTT PILATES® method and have achieved additional designations to complement their training.
A diverse group, they come from varied backgrounds including physical therapy, exercise science, athletic therapy, dance, and group and personal fitness training to name a few. Every member of the team strives to uphold the highest standards of training that have been developed worldwide.

Bio
Michel was born in Indonesia in 1982 and has been passionate about sports and fitness all his life. He particularly enjoys trail running, playing basketball and of course Pilates. After suffering an injury while training - Michel started Pilates as method of rehabilitation. Michel began his STOTT PILATES®️ training in 2016 and received his Full Certification in 2017. He became a STOTT PILATES Instructor Trainer for Merrithew®️ in 2023

Bio
A lifelong athlete and native Californian, Michele started classical Pilates training in the ‘90’s to supplement her training and love of running marathons as well as providing a counter balance to her first career as a pharmaceutical industry marketing executive. A move to The Netherlands combined with motherhood prompted Michele to focus on fitness and Pilates; she earned her first STOTT PILATES® Certification in 2005, became a Merrithew® Instructor Trainer in 2009, and since 2018 is a Lead Instructor Trainer (IT) specializing in STOTT PILATES, Halo® Training and Merrithew Fascial Movement.
In 2010 Michele established CorSano Pilates™ in Ottawa, Canada, her boutique studio and Merrithew Host Center serving a large and varied client base. She teaches individuals who seek customized training to help overcome injuries, poor alignment and compensatory movement patterns as well as professional and amateur athletes who seek to improve their performance. CorSano Pilates Online also offers private and group classes for all levels.
As a Floating Lead IT for Merrithew, Michele loves the challenges and excitement of teaching assignments abroad— mentoring instructors from other countries and sharing her knowledge and years of experience.

Bio
Michelle DiMeo is a STOTT PILATES® Certified Instructor and Merrithew® Instructor Trainer. Originally from Milwaukee, Wis., she holds a B.F.A. in Dance from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. She eventually relocated to Minneapolis, Minn. to continue performing and freelancing in the dance community where her passion for finding healing through somatic practices led her to Pilates. Michelle received her STOTT PILATES Full Certification in 2016 and a year later became a Merrithew Instructor Trainer. Her training was completed through the SweatShop Health Club, a Merrithew Licensed Training Center in Saint Paul, Minn. where she has continued to work as a STOTT PILATES Certified Instructor and Merrithew Instructor Trainer. Currently, Michelle resides in Frankfurt, Germany, where she is pursuing her M.A. in Contemporary Dance Education (M.A. CoDE) at the Frankfurt University of Music and Performing Arts (HfMDK).

Michelle Galbraith, a former professional dancer with experience in contemporary dance companies in the San Francisco Bay Area, discovered Pilates as a cross-training method to complement her career. After studying ballet at Utah Valley University, Michelle's passion for the Pilates method ignited, prompting her to pursue a full STOTT PILATES® certification in 2016. With her dedication and expertise, Michelle advanced her training and became an Instructor Trainer specializing in STOTT PILATES® in 2022. Known for her infectious passion and love for sharing movement, Michelle's teaching style is characterized by a calm and encouraging demeanor that empowers her students to trust their bodies and embrace the journey.

Bio
Michelle obtained her STOTT PILATES® certification in 2006 and became an Instructor Trainer for Merrithew® specializing in STOTT PILATES in 2009. She is also a licensed massage therapist and has been a certified yoga instructor for more than 12 years. Michelle enjoys working privately with clients, drawing from her diverse background to help them develop strength and find efficient movement and that best fits their lifestyle and limitations. She frequently works with special client populations recovering from knee or hip replacements and spinal cord injuries and thrives on finding the right exercise solution for their needs.
