Additional credentials and designations

Bio

Georgia comes from a classical and contemporary dance background. A dance-related injury in 2002 introduced her to STOTT PILATES® as part of her recovery. The results had a profound effect on her. A year later, she completed the Matwork course, and began her journey toward becoming a full-time instructor. By 2011, Georgia had become a fully certified STOTT PILATES instructor.

Working as a full-time instructor for the past 16 years, Georgia’s eye for detail and deep understanding of Pilates has empowered her clients to better understand their bodies. Her love for biomechanics and continued education has now led Georgia to become an Instructor Trainer, with a strong desire to pass on her knowledge and experience to the next generation of instructors.

When she is not teaching courses, Georgia runs a boutique studio just outside of Melbourne, offering both studio and private sessions.
