Raised in London, Charlotte earned a B.Ed (Hons) in Physical Education, teaching in leading international schools across Spain, Portugal, Switzerland, and Italy. Alongside her PE career, she gained multiple Exercise to Music qualifications, delivering classes worldwide. Her passion for the arts led her to complete an MA in Theatre Arts at Goldsmiths, University of London, after which she became Head of Expressive Arts at Dartford Grammar School for Boys and served as an Edexcel Senior Examiner for A Level Drama.
Charlotte began her Pilates journey in 2009 at London Central YMCA, inspired by the rehabilitative potential of STOTT PILATES®. Over the next four years, she completed advanced certifications in Mat, Reformer, Cadillac, Chair, Barrels, and Injuries & Special Populations, culminating in her Instructor Trainer qualification at STOTT PILATES® Headquarters in Toronto in 2013.
Since 2014, Charlotte has trained instructors in Mat and Reformer Intensive Courses at London YMCA, expanding in 2021 to include Cadillac, Chair, and Barrels instruction at both London YMCA and Seabreeze Pilates in Hastings. She is known for her mentorship and leadership in instructor education across the UK and internationally.
Currently based in London, Charlotte teaches at the RAC Club and Ludgate Clinic, specializing in Pilates for neurological conditions with additional training from Parkinson’s UK. She is preparing to deliver STOTT PILATES education internationally beginning in 2026.
