and professional STOTT PILATES Certified Instructor on a contract basis in Richmond, Virginia, beginning mid-July 2020. Pilates services include private and semi-private Reformer sessions and Mat classes.
Current client/class base: 15 private/semi-private sessions per week plus 5 Mat classes per week
with potential for additional clients. Equipment includes STOTT PILATES Reformer, Rehab Reformer, V2 Max Plus, Stability Chair, Cardio-Tramps, Jumpboards and Arc Barrels. Facility also has an exercise studio
complete with Mats, physio balls, Medicine Balls, bolsters, blocks, and bands. Flexible schedule.
