Wayne Seeto is the Director of Education Programming and a Merrithew® Master Instructor Trainer with over 20 years of experience in Pilates, movement, and rehabilitation education. A registered physiotherapist and leading expert in STOTT PILATES®, STOTT PILATES Rehab, and Halo® Training, Wayne applies his clinical and instructional expertise to advance evidence-based, functional movement education. Formerly a professional dancer, Leslie was introduced to the STOTT PILATES® method after an extensive knee injury and a multitude of surgeries ending her career as a dancer. Her familiarity with body movement and muscular strength made the transition to Pilates feel completely natural. She quickly advanced herself in the industry and is now a Merrithew® Lead Instructor Trainer specializing in Total Barre® and STOTT PILATES. She is a valued member of the Merrithew education team and presents on their behalf. Leslie continues to train both future instructors and private clients including Cirque du Soleil performers, NHL Players, Olympic athletes and is an adviser/instructor to “SpiderTech Kinesiology” Executives.

Kim Kraushar

Kim Kraushar
Master Instructor Trainer

Kim has built an impressive reputation as an expert and leader in the health and wellness industry. She is a Merrithew® Master Instructor Trainer and an integral member of the education programming team, representing STOTT PILATES®, ZEN•GA®, CORE, Halo® Training and Total Barre® programming. Kim is the proud owner of one of the first Merrithew Licensed Training Centers in Canada.

She presents on behalf of Merrithew throughout North America and internationally at conferences and trade events, and is featured in several new Merrithew video releases. Kim studied at York University where she received her BFA in Dance/BEd and completed her BSc Kinesiology at Dalhousie University. She is also a Yamuna Body Rolling Certified Instructor Trainer and a Certified Franklin Method Instructor.

Carol Earle

Carol Earle
Lead Instructor Trainer

Carol is a Merrithew® Lead Instructor Trainer specializing in all branded programming, including: STOTT PILATES®, Total Barre®, ZEN•GA®, Halo® Training, CORE and Merrithew Fascial Movement. She is also part of the ZEN•GA and CORE programming teams. She has been an Instructor Trainer since 2003, and is based out of New England’s Northeast Pilates Education Center. Carol received her BFA in Dance from SUNY Purchase, and ran her own dance company for over a decade, performing and teaching throughout New England. Carol is currently on the faculty of the Dance Department at Endicott College, where she teaches a “Mind, Body and Awareness” course. She is certified and has trained in several other fitness brands, including a 200 HR (RYT) Yoga Certification, Personal Training, TRX and TRX Rip-Trainer, Zumba, SPINNING and Indo-Row. Carol lives in Gloucester, MA with her daughter, mother and dog, and her hobbies include cycling around the North Shore of Massachusetts, gardening and cooking with local produce.

Lead Instructor Trainer

Kristi earned her M.A. in Dance from American University in Washington, D.C., specializing in teaching, kinesiology, and choreography. She performed professionally throughout the U.S. and Europe before becoming an Instructor Trainer for Merrithew® and a Lead Instructor Trainer for STOTT PILATES® in 2003. Over the past seven years, Kristi has expanded her teaching internationally, leading instructor training courses and workshops across China, Vietnam, and Japan. Today, she shares her passion for education and movement as the owner of Bodycenter Studios, a Licensed Training Center for the STOTT PILATES® method in Seattle, Washington, where she mentors and develops new generations of Pilates instructors.

A current STOTT PILATES® Certification at any level is required to be recognized as a “Specialist” in any track. A total of eight workshops within each track must be completed to receive the “Specialist” Designation.
