Jim Heidenreich is the Chief Executive Officer of Merrithew, the global leader in Mindful Movement equipment and education. With more than 30 years of senior leadership experience across the consumer, health and wellness, and sporting goods sectors, Jim has guided brands through transformation, innovation, and international expansion.
Before joining Merrithew, Jim held executive roles at companies including Certor Sports, Springs Global, and Complete Nutrition, where he built high-performing teams, accelerated product development, and strengthened global market presence. He’s known for combining strategic vision with operational discipline, fostering strong partnerships, and driving sustained growth.
At Merrithew, Jim is focused on advancing the company’s leadership in Pilates and mindful movement. His priorities include expanding Merrithew’s innovation platform, growing its global education and training community, and deepening engagement with studios, instructors, and wellness organizations worldwide.
Driven by a lifelong belief in the power of movement to improve health and quality of life, Jim is committed to promoting accessible, science-based Pilates and mindful movement for people of all ages and abilities.
Jim holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee and an MBA from the University of Oregon’s Lundquist College of Business.
