Senior Sales Manager, USA & Canada

Position overview

As Senior Sales Manager, USA & Canada, you will be responsible for overseeing and growing Merrithew’s Commercial (B2B) sales for Resellers and Direct Accounts in the USA and Canada in addition to B2C sales.

Responsibilities and qualifications

You will take a lead role in highly targeted business development including: large club chains throughout North America as well as the Active Aging and Rehabilitation segments. You will be responsible for preparing annual sales projections, visiting key and new accounts and will oversee all sales lead systems and inbound www.merrithew.com orders (B2B and B2C) as well as all Saved Carts and other key sales metrics. In conjunction with the Marketing and Digital Teams, you will recommend the annual www.merrithew.com promotional schedule including Black Friday, Cyber Monday and other key events.

This role leads a talented team of two full-time Merrithew Sales Managers, an independent Sales Manager and one Coordinator and is responsible for all aspects of team development as well as fostering a shared vision and driving business results. You bring 5 years of sales management experience and are able to work independently with a proven track record in driving measurable results and exceeding sales targets.

This is a highly systems and process-focused position; ensuring consistent best practices are implemented and shared amongst the sales team. This position reports into the Vice-President, Commercial and Retail Sales.
