.NET Full Stack Developer

Position overview

We are seeking a seasoned .NET Full Stack Developer to join our team. In this role, your primary responsibilities will be system integrations, back-end development, and front-end work.

As a mid-level professional, you will design, implement, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions. Your expertise in .NET technologies and proficiency in system integration will be instrumental in enhancing our existing systems, driving project success, and addressing core business challenges.

Major responsibilities

  • Investigate and propose potential solutions to complex problems within the business
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and design solutions for system integrations
  • Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot .NET applications, including WinForms, ASP.NET MVC, ASPX, APIs, and services
  • Conduct thorough testing and debugging of applications to ensure their reliability, performance, and security
  • Implement data integration processes, including data extraction and transformation using the SQL stack
  • Collaborate with third-party vendors and internal teams to integrate external systems and services with our existing applications
  • Optimize and improve existing systems, processes, and infrastructure for enhanced performance and scalability
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to system integrations and back-end development
  • Address technical issues related to all systems within the business, including in-house customizations
  • Stay abreast of the latest industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation and continuous improvement within the organization
  • Demonstrate a team player attitude, with a commitment to aiding the organization in achieving its goals

Skills and qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
  • Proven experience (at least 3 years) as a .NET Full Stack Developer, with a focus on system integrations and back-end development
  • Strong proficiency in C#, ASP.NET MVC, ASPX, .NET Framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript and related technologies
  • Experience with database technologies, such as SQL Server and MySQL, including data modeling, query optimization, and performance tuning
  • Experience with SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) including report creation and maintenance
  • Solid understanding of software engineering principles, design patterns, and best practices
  • Experience with web service protocols and integration technologies (e.g., REST, SOAP, JSON, XML)
  • Proficiency in working with third-party APIs and integrating external systems
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) and microservices architecture is highly desirable
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality projects on time and within scope
  • Familiarity and experience with ERP solutions like Sage 300 (including Sage CRM) considered an asset
  • Familiarity and experience working with the Google Marketing Platform (specifically Analytics) considered an asset
