Digital Product Coordinator

Position overview

In the role of the Digital Product Coordinator, you will be responsible for organizing and maintaining the digital content that feeds our digital platforms. In addition to this, you will naturally become our platforms expert which will allow us to expand our capabilities and continue to offer rich digital media experiences. Reporting to the Digital Product Manager, you will be a member of the IT team and working collaboratively with various departments such as Marketing, Sales and Education.

Major responsibilities

  • Collect, organize, manage and upload digital content to be used on various platforms
  • Create short video clips to be featured on various platforms in the form of video trailers
  • Create and maintain promo codes for content on our streaming platform
  • Request digital assets such as thumbnails from the Design team
  • Edit and proofread content to ensure quality and accuracy before it is made available on our platforms
  • Create and maintain support and process documentation for the various activities related to our platforms
  • Manage user rights and access for the content on our platforms
  • Support and assist internal teams with regular reporting and data extraction from our platforms

Skills and qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business, PR, or related fields
  • Minimum 3 years’ professional experience. Agency background is preferred.
  • A passion for digital content, consumer experience, and connecting with an audience
  • A strong understanding of the consumer digital content marketplace, trends, and best practices
  • Previous experience working with Trello, Jira and Confluence
  • A team player with the confidence to lead and work independently and collaboratively with others while taking initiative to ensure that goals are met
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills and an understanding of visual communication
  • Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple projects with a variety of stakeholders and deadlines with competing user demands
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Ability to adapt well to change in a rapidly growing company
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of the fitness industry and Pilates considered an asset
