Coordinator, Education Services (LTCs)

Position overview

Provide superior customer service to Licensed Training Center (LTC) partners by supporting their day-to-day needs and acting as their primary liaison with Merrithew™. Responsibilities include acting as the first point of contact for LTC partners, servicing a wide variety of needs relating to the administration and coordination of Merrithew™ programs at their facilities and assisting with LTC related data entry to the education management system.

The position would be ideal for entry level candidates, or those with 1-2 years’ work experience.

Major responsibilities

  • Act as the day-to-day liaison between Merrithew™ and the assigned LTCs.
  • Provide superior client experience and strengthen relationship with business partners.
  • Ensure that emails are responded to from business partners within 1-2 business days.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the organization to help service needs of partners.
  • Conduct quarterly Website & Social Media reviews of designated LTCs
  • Assist with annual LTC performance reviews with assistance from team members.
  • Work closely with team members to assist with the development of the LTC newsletter and other LTC related projects.
  • Community of Excellence™ Conference duties
    • Assist with planning, preparations, and content development
  • Assist with processing of royalties and managing the LTC’s schedule on Merrithew.com and with other data entry as needed.
  • Other projects as assigned

Skills and qualifications

  • 1-2 years customer service experience
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to respond and manage a variety of tasks with shifting priorities
  • Strong time-management, prioritization, problem solving and organizational skills
  • Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office, Filemaker Pro or other database system.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Knowledge of fitness industry/educational programs a plus
