Coordinator, Education (LTCs)

Position overview

Reporting to the supervisor, of Licensed Training Centers at the Yonge and Eglinton location this role involves supporting the day to day needs of the global LTC partners and acting as the primary liaison with Merrithew. This role will be the first point of contact for LTC partners, and assist with related data entry to the education management system.

We’re looking for a candidate who can administer and coordinate many Merrithew programs, provide superior client experience with business partners and has the ability to respond and manage a variety of tasks and shifting priorities.

Major responsibilities

  • Act as the day-to-day liaison between Merrithew and the assigned LTCs
  • Conduct quarterly Website & Social Media reviews of designated LTCs
  • Work closely with team members and supervisor to assist with the development of the LTC newsletter and other LTC related projects
  • Assist with updating and maintaining the LTC Agreements
  • Assist with processing of royalties and managing the LTCs schedule on Merrithew.com, and with other data entry/administrative tasks as needed
  • Assist with reviewing, summarizing and sharing student feedback from annual LTC student surveys with assistance from supervisor
  • Assist with annual LTCs performance reviews with assistance from team members
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the organization to help service needs of partners
  • Community of Excellence Conference duties, including assistance with planning, preparing, and content development
  • Other projects as assigned

Skills and qualifications

  • 2+ years customer service experience
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong time-management, prioritization, problem solving and organizational skills
  • Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office, Filemaker Pro or other database system
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Knowledge of fitness industry/educational programs a plus
