Exercise on the Go: Resistance Loop

Not everyone has time to go to the gym or fitness studio to work out.

Business trips, long days at the office, after school activities with the kids, running errands — sometime life gets in the way of fitness. When you don’t have time for a full workout, just a few minutes of light exercise can help with everything from stress relief to better sleep.

The Resistance Loop is ideal for quick workouts.

Lightweight and compact, it can be a powerful tool for resistance training, providing additional challenge to exercises and stimulating the myofascial system, and is used in a number of exercises in the Fascial Movement Foundation Course.

Below is a compilation of exercises featuring the Resistance Loop to mine for ideas on creating a quick exercise routine that works for you when you don’t have time to work out.
