Props for Fascial Movement: Resistance Loop

Myofascial Long Chain Slings or Global Slings are critical in optimal force transmission in the body. We all have these slings, but based on our daily actions, may be over dominant in some, and under developed in others. If you want force to disperse fluidly through the whole body, you must foster these continuities by doing integrative movements. Using the Resistance Loop can help build up global slings in these exercises from the Fascial Movement Foundation Course repertoire.
