The Professional Raised Mat provides a supportive surface that offers faithful proprioceptive feedback. Use alone for matwork exercises or with the Spring Wall or Cadillac Wall Unit and add resistance with springs or tubing. When assembled, the mat surface is the same size as our Professional Raised Mat, but arrives in two sections for easier handling and reduced shipping charges.
