ESSENTIAL & INTERMEDIATE: The second edition Essential & Intermediate Stability Chair™ exercises focus on body awareness and stability. Once you’ve helped your clients master the Essential program, gradually move them onto more challenging and complex Intermediate level moves to sculpt strong, lean and well-defined muscles.
ADVANCED: The second edition Advanced Stability Chair exercises will challenge even your fittest clients. This workout is designed to maximize total body strength and control, relying less on the chair for support and more on torso stability and balance. This STOTT PILATES® program is ideal for personal training and performance enhancement.
