Melanie Byford-Young is co-owner of Pacific Northwest Pilates, a STOTT PILATES® Licensed Training Center, with locations in Portland, OR and Vancouver, WA. Melanie Byford-Young has earned the Canadian Physiotherapy Association’s Advanced Certificate in manual and manipulative physiotherapy. She has also taken specialized orthopedic courses on the shoulder, cervical spine, foot and running mechanics and has taught in Canada, the U.S., Spain and Iceland.
