Yoga Month

September marks National Yoga Month with its roots inspired by educating about the health benefits of yoga and providing inspiration to lead a healthy lifestyle. With 25 years of experience in mindful movement, we created our ZEN·GA™ program to bring awareness to how the body and mind move in tandem. This unique, synergistic blend of mind-body modalities is supported by exercise science and the most recent findings in fascial fitness.

ZEN represents the search for inner discovery while YOGA symbolizes a pathway to reach it. The ZEN·GA practice delivers the benefits of improved strength, greater flexibility and brings resilience and fluidity to the body.
