Whether you are a fitness professional, a rehab specialist or a club owner, we have a program to meet your needs. Our Stability Chair™ programs are comprised of a series of relevant courses or modules delivered at a pace, duration and location most suitable to you or your organization.


Intensive Stability Chair™ – ICHR

ICHR prepares you to teach Level 1 (Essential and Intermediate) exercises on the Stability Chair. By the end of this course you will be able to fine-tune personal and circuit training programs to meet a variety of clients’ conditioning goals with 63 exercises on the Stability Chair. Beyond the general course objectives, you will learn:

Bullet Effective use of the equipment to enhance torso stability and strength, peripheral extremity conditioning, joint stability, flexibility, balance and coordination
Bullet How to develop dynamic programs in a full studio environment
Bullet Effective communication and observational skills, verbal cueing and imagery for performance enhancement and client motivation
Bullet Modifications for specific body types, postural issues and conditions
Bullet Exercise layering related to effective program design

Prerequisites
Bullet IMP or IR or GM + XMP or GR + XRP or CMR

Duration
Bullet 15 hours class instruction and supervised teaching
Bullet Minimum 5 hours observation
Bullet Minimum 10 hours physical review
Bullet Minimum 10 hours practice teaching
Bullet Total: 40 hours

Advanced Stability Chair™ - ACHR

ACHR provides you with 14 Advanced level exercises plus modifications using the Stability Chair for the highly conditioned client.

Prerequisites
Bullet ICAD + ICHR + IBRL or ICHR or CCCB

Duration
Bullet 3 hours instruction in one day

Bullet 0.3 STOTT PILATES; Can-Fit-Pro
