Start: Bridge position, pelvis and spine neutral, one foot on Mat, hip extended, other leg and arms straight extended to ceiling, hands holding weights.

Inhale: Prepare

Exhale: Maintain supporting hip extended and lower gesture leg, reaching arms out to sides, palms up

Inhale: Reach leg and arms to ceiling
