Start: Standing facing side, one foot on Padded Platform Extender, other foot on carriage against Reformer Box, hands on hips, pelvis and spine neutral
Exhale: Abduct legs to press carriage out
Inhale: Hold carriage still and flex knees, hinging torso forward
Exhale: Hold carriage still and return to vertical 10x
Inhale: Return Carriage
Repeat 1 set per side with 1/4 to 1/2 spring to focus on adductors.
