Leisure Fitness Australia recently became the official distributor of STOTT PILATES commercial equipment and supplier of DVD’s and training manuals throughout Australia.

Pilates is a versatile form of non-impact exercise designed to build strength, flexibility and endurance without building bulk or stressing joints.
