Melissa also conducts Instructor Training Courses for those who are interested in teaching STOTT PILATES^® Equipment Programming on the Cadillac Trapeze Table, Stability Chair™, Reformer, Ladder Barrel as well as STOTT PILATES Mat-based Programming. The location of the studio makes it an ideal choice for the working crowd and generally opens from 8:00AM to 9:00PM and uniquely, most of its clients are male, which goes to prove that the Pilates method is increasingly becoming popular with males instead of drawing only female clients.
