How to use the studio for:

Practice & Practice Teaching

Practice/Practice Teaching hours can be scheduled through the Studio front desk. Available hours are Monday-Friday 7am to 8pm and Sat-Sun 9am to 3pm. These times are subject to availability.

If you wish to book any hours outside of 10am-2pm on Saturday-Sunday, please inquire at the front desk about that weekend’s studio schedule to accommodate an alternative time.

Observation Hours

Students are invited to observe sessions a part of their education requirement, with the prior permission of the Studio Coordinator. When observing sessions, students are expected to discreetly observe while taking notes, so as not to distract the class or the Instructor. Please refrain from talking to fellow students during this time. Also note that some hours the studio is at capacity, we recommended that you call in advance to ensure the availability to observe.

Attending Classes

Students are welcome to join Client Group classes. Two students are permitted in each class if space permits. Weekly Sign Up sheet is available in the Student Lounge but students must check with a Studio Coordinator the same day if there is room in the class. Clients take priority in last-minute bookings. Students can participate in Group Classes up to 4 weeks after their course is complete.

After the 4 weeks have ended, students can purchase Group Class- Packages (Group Class – 10 Packs and Express Class – 10 Packs) at a 25% discount. This offer is available up to 6 months from course completion. Students can also keep track of classes and their availability using the Group Class Schedule available at the Front Desk and by checking the Online Scheduler found on the STOTT PILATES® Studio website.

Students are welcome to take Group Matwork classes provided they have completed the Essential Matwork portion of the course and Group Reformer classes if the Essential Reformer portion of the course or ten hours of private reformer training have been completed.
