STOTT PILATES® Essential Cadillac on the Tower Trainer™

The Tower Trainer™ is a versatile piece of equipment that can provide neuromuscular resistance and facilitate a functional multi-planar approach to any mind-body or traditional fitness-based program. This workshop, designed by the MERRITHEW™ team, introduces you to the exercises adapted from the traditional STOTT PILATES Essential Cadillac repertoire utilizing all of its features including the Roll-Down Bar, Push-Thru Bar, Leg and Arm Springs with the added feature of a Sliding Stability Barre for added modifications.

Learning Objectives

  1. Apply the STOTT PILATES® Five Basic Principles to select Cadillac Trapeze Table exercises done on the Tower Trainer™
  2. Understand movement essence, exercise goals and common faulty movement patterns
  3. Learn cues and corrections for safety and effectiveness.
  4. Gain familiarity with the features, safety guidelines, versatility and potential of the equipment.
