Instructor Trainers

The STOTT PILATES® Faculty, or members of our esteemed team of Instructor Trainers, is made up of highly qualified and internationally sought-after educators who are known for their dedication, professionalism and attention to detail.   All of our faculty members hold full certification in the STOTT PILATES method and have achieved additional designations to complement their training. A diverse group, they come from various backgrounds including physical therapy, exercise science, athletic therapy, dance and group and personal fitness training to name a few. Every member of the team strives to uphold the highest standards of training that have been developed worldwide.

Natashia Sally Dermawan

Natasha has always had a passion for sports, health, and fitness. She enjoys dancing and various types of workouts including Pilates, fitness, aerobics, running, step, badminton, and others. To transfer her passion of a healthy lifestyle to others, Natasha began her STOTT PILATES® training in 2010 and started teaching when she was 18 years old, before earning her Full Certification in 2012. Her young age enabled her to create a youthful and exciting ambience that motivates others as well. She completed her portfolio by studying ZEN∙GA™ and Core™, and became an Instructor Trainer for Merrithew Health & Fitness™ specializing in STOTT PILATES in 2013.

Noémie Jane Bull

Noémie Jane Bull started training in Pilates in 1991 while studying in dance at Concordia University in Montreal, Canada. She received her Bachelor in Fine Arts degree in Contemporary Dance and Music at the University of Quebec in Montreal.  In 2010, she was certified in STOTT PILATES® and became an Instructor Trainer for Merrithew Health & Fitness™ specializing in STOTT PILATES Mat & Reformer in 2012. In addition to teaching Pilates, she is a massage therapist, obtaining her certification at the GUIJEK INSTITUTE and KINE CONCEPT schools in Montreal in 2007.  She later obtained her credentials in the Osteodynamie technique. Noémie enjoys working with a variety of clientele from different physical backgrounds but has the greatest interested in Injuries and Special Population and functional anatomy for movement.

Olivia Sadeler

A Doctor of Physical Therapy, Olivia specializes in outpatient orthopedic injuries, using the STOTT PILATES® method to aid her clients in their rehabilitation.  Olivia became a STOTT PILATES Certified Instructor in 2004, and by 2009 had become an Instructor Trainer for Merrithew Health & Fitness™ specializing in STOTT PILATES.  Olivia practices Physical Therapy at the United States Athletic Training Center, and also teaches group and private Pilates classes at Yoga Works.  In both her Physical Therapy sessions and her Pilates teaching, Olivia enjoys using her expertise in anatomy of movement to help her clients achieve optimal function and performance.

Patricia Hernandez Perez

Patricia was born in Tenerife, Spain and graduated from the University of Kent with a BA (Hons) in Contemporary Dance at the London Contemporary Dance School.  After suffering a back injury she discovered the therapeutic worth of Pilates and decided to teach. In 2009 after moving to Italy, she became a STOTT PILATES® Certified Instructor and Instructor Trainer for Merrithew Health & Fitness™ specializing in STOTT PILATES a year later. Patricia is currently teaching for Akro Studio in Madrid, Spain and has also taught in Italy. She is a certified Gyrotonic teacher and a passionate student of yoga and meditation. Patricia was a featured performer in the most recent Merrithew Health & Fitness DVD production.

Patricia Tyler

Originally from South Africa, Patricia is the owner of the BodyFit Studio in Cairo, Egypt, the country's first dedicated Pilates Studio.  With an extensive background in sports and fitness, dating back to 1983, she started teaching the STOTT PILATES® method in 2005, and went on to complete full certification in Mat, Reformer, Cadillac, Chair, and Barrels, together with Injuries and Special Populations in 2010. In 2012 she became Egypt's first Instructor Trainer for Merrithew Health & Fitness™ specializing in STOTT PILATES.  She now teaches courses, presents workshops and examines students for certification.   Patricia also has certifications in Personal Training (ACE), Group Fitness (AFFA), Spinning (Mad Dogg Athletics), Yogafit and TRX group Suspension Training systems.  With a passion for teaching, Patricia is always keen to share her knowledge with students and clients alike.
