Once you have exited the subway, walk east on 23rd Street to number 125. The studio is located on the North side, between Park and Lexington Avenues.

First day of class:
Check-in with the Front Desk
When you arrive for your classes, please be sure to notify the front desk that you are attending a STOTT PILATES training course and that you will be headed to the studio
It is very important that they are informed, and if they are not at the desk when you arrive, please make sure to wait to speak with someone. They will have an attendance sheet with your name on it.

How to use the studio for:
Practice & Practice Teaching
Practice and Practice Teaching hours can be scheduled through the Kinespirit front desk. Available hours are 9am to 5pm on Monday to Friday and Saturday and Sunday from 10am to 2pm.
If you wish to book any hours outside of 10am to 2pm on Saturday or Sunday, please inquire at the front desk about that weekend's studio schedule to accommodate an alternative time.
Observation Hours
Students are welcome to observe classes as part of their education requirement, with the prior permission of the Studio Coordinator, When observing STOTT PILATES classes, students are expected to discreetly observe while taking notes, so as not to distract the class or the Instructor
Our policies:
Registration Policy
A 20% deposit is due at time of enrollment, with course application, to confirm registration into a course. To avoid late registration charges, final payment is due four weeks before course begins. If applicant is not accepted into the program, the deposit will be refunded. Workshops must be paid in full at time of booking.
Cancellation Policy
If the student cancels a workshop or course less than four weeks prior to the start date of the workshop or course, there will be no refund of monies paid. Where enrollment is cancelled with more than four weeks notice the 20% deposit will be forfeited toward cancellation fee.
