Jenn’s career in the fitness industry began as a group exercise instructor and personal trainer. She holds a Master of Science Degree in Exercise Physiology, and is a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist with the NSCA. In 2007, Jenn became a Instructor Trainer. She is also an Adjunct Professor in the Exercise Science Department at Southern Connecticut State University and teaches Pilates at The Edge Fitness Clubs in Fairfield County, Connecticut.

Jennifer Dahl

As a member of the Merrithew Health & Fitness™ team since 2000, Jennifer brings her abundant energy to the STOTT PILATES® Corporate Training Center in Toronto. A highly-regarded Instructor Trainer, she teaches courses, examines students for certification and presents workshops in Canada and internationally. Additionally, Jennifer complements her teaching repertoire with a focus on high performance athletic training, injury recovery and rehab. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Toronto, is an ACE certified professional trainer, and is also a graduate of the School of Toronto Dance Theatre. Jennifer continues to work as a professional dancer and choreographer along with her Pilates career, and has performed across Canada with numerous dance and theatre companies.

Jessica Loncar

After graduating from Tulane University and receiving her Masters of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Alabama at Birmingham in 1999, Jessica began practicing physical therapy in Atlanta. Jessica's interest in Pilates was ignited after attending a mat course for healthcare professionals in 2002. After incorporating Pilates exercises into her practice and seeing tremendous results with her clients, she pursued certification, and became a STOTT PILATES® Certified Instructor in 2008. In early 2009, she became a Rehab Instructor Trainer. Currently, Jessica instructs clients with a wide range of abilities, connecting with them by using her technical knowledge and training to appropriately challenge them in the pursuit of their goals. She specializes in acute and chronic spine conditions, sacroiliac joint dysfunction, sports medicine, orthopedic manual therapy and post operative rehabilitation. Jessica is also a credentialed McKenzie Institute® Therapist.

Jill Winegar

With over 30 years experience training fitness professionals, Jill describes herself as a ‘teacher’s teacher’. She has been an Instructor Trainer since 2000, and has presented workshops and conducted courses in Europe and the US. Her experience in the fitness industry includes program development for the training of group fitness instructors, personal trainers, Pilates instructors, and Kettlebell instructors and she created and was the lead educator for one of the first ACE accredited training programs for group fitness and personal trainers in the U.S. Jill is an ACE continuing education provider and also adjunct faculty for the University of Minnesota where she teaches anatomy in the dance department.

Jo-Anne Repond Bunbury

Jo-Anne is a Lead Instructor Trainer whose experience and practice spans over 10 years. She has taught STOTT PILATES® courses and conducted exams in Canada, Japan, South Korea, USA, and Brazil, and has presented workshops for local and national industry conferences. Jo-Anne is also an Instructor Trainer who specializes in ZEN•GA™ Mindful Movement. A former dancer and choreographer with a passion for human kinetics, Jo-Anne first discovered Pilates while in New York pursuing her Master’s of Arts at NYU through her studies in dance, education, movement analysis and kinesiology.  Since first becoming certified she has had the privilege to work with diverse groups such as physiotherapists, trained athletes, and breast cancer survivors.
