Instructor Trainers

The STOTT PILATES® Faculty, or members of our esteemed team of Instructor Trainers, is made up of highly qualified and internationally sought-after educators who are known for their dedication, professionalism and attention to detail.   All of our faculty members hold full certification in the STOTT PILATES method and have achieved additional designations to complement their training. A diverse group, they come from various backgrounds including physical therapy, exercise science, athletic therapy, dance and group and personal fitness training to name a few. Every member of the team strives to uphold the highest standards of training that have been developed worldwide.


Minjoo Kim


Incheon, South Korea
Minjoo began her career in the health and fitness industry in 1997 by earning her certification as a Group Class Fitness Instructor. She went on to take her Sports Taping and Sports Massage Therapy Certification in 1998, and in 2002 she received her Bachelor of Science in Physical Education from Kyung-Hee University in Seoul, Korea. Minjoo became a STOTT PILATES® Certified Instructor in 2007, and quickly advanced to become an Instructor Trainer in 2008. To every workout, Minjoo brings diverse fitness experience and a passion for health, and enjoys helping her clients reach their fitness goals.

Miriam Jones

Breathe Yoga & Pilates
Melbourne, Australia
Miriam is a STOTT PILATES® Instructor Trainer, holds a Certificate IV in Pilates through Network Pilates and has also trained at Pilates Institute in U.K. and Australia. Her skills as a movement teacher originally evolved during her time at the Victorian College of the Arts, and over the course of her career as a professional dancer. She has been teaching Pilates full time since 2001 and is also a qualified fitness trainer. While her fast-paced group classes are amongst the most highly sought after at Breathe, Miriam specializes in one on one sessions and loves facilitating the process of rehabilitation and movement pattern retraining as part of the return to a fully functioning body.

Natalie Gennett

A native of upstate New York, Natalie earned her Masters Degree in Nutrition Management from Rochester Institute of Technology, and is a Registered Dietitian (RD).   After working five years in critical care as a Nutrition Support Dietitian, she yearned to improve the quality of life and health of her clients outside the critical care environment.  Natalie began her STOTT PILATES® training in 2002 and became a Certified Instructor in 2006.  She has taught Pilates and group fitness at the Denver Corporate Training Center since 2008 and became and Instructor Trainer in 2009.  Natalie is passionate about teaching students and enjoys making a difference in her clients’ lives.  Her enthusiasm for her work is evident as she works tirelessly with students to help develop their skills, confidence and a love for their new career path.

Olivia Sadeler

Pilates Training Center Hawaii

A Doctor of Physical Therapy, Olivia specializes in outpatient orthopedic injuries, using the STOTT PILATES method to aid her clients in their rehabilitation. Olivia became a STOTT PILATES® Certified Instructor in 2004, and by 2009 had become an Instructor Trainer. Olivia practices Physical Therapy at the United States Athletic Training Center, and also teaches group and private Pilates classes at Yoga Works. In both her Physical Therapy sessions and her Pilates teaching, Olivia enjoys using her expertise in anatomy of movement to help her clients achieve optimal function and performance.

Peggy Struble

As a former competitive ballroom dancer, Peggy became enthralled and appreciative of Pilates and its focus on core development, musculature, body stabilization and precise movement.  She became a STOTT PILATES® Instructor Trainer in 2008 and actively distributes her vast knowledge of Pilates and her advanced comprehension in kinesthetic anatomy. With additional training in Hatha and Anusara Yoga, Peggy brings an eclectic passion to her teaching whereby she is known for her multi-dimensional and adaptive learning techniques as well as her attention to detail and humorous personality.
